Is this education?

If you have met me in person, you know that I am passionate about a lot of things. I like to bring my whole self to work and I don’t know how to be inauthentic. Rather than argue with my nature, I am leaning into it with an approach to presenting information that is authentic to me. Call educational entertainment. Edutainment.

I have built this site due to my desire to increase the general knowledge of our industry about a critical but often disparaged process while building a community along the way. To do that, I plan to share what I know. Most of that will be about arbitration. Some of it will be unrelated to arbitration. None of it will be written by AI. Probably.

I take the Mary Poppins perspective, “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun.” I like to find the fun while working hard at work worth doing.
