Worst Cars Ever

Top 5 worst cars or car makers in my opinion, in no particular order and according to me alone:

1. Any Nissan - when nearly every car in your lineup has a TSB for trans issues, and the transmission is several grand to replace, you really need to reconsider your parts sourcing or building strategy.

2. Mini Cooper - When I was a buyer at CarMax, we had a Mini Cooper that was only 3 years old that had an exploded engine. It had regular maintenance records, and passed inspection. None of that mattered, it was a Mini. That was the first time I had ever seen an engine with its insides on the outside and not on purpose.

3. Infiniti SUVs - I hope you like sludge, cause that’s what you’re getting.

4. Land Rover - Do you like spending money on repairs? Do you prefer to drive a loaner rather than your own personal car? Then Land Rover products are for you! 

5. Dodge -  When I sold extended warranties, the warranty on the Dodge was more expensive than the warranty on a BMW. I don’t know about you, but I trust actuaries.They’re pretty good at risk analysis. Challenger is excluded from this but only because it looks good

Honorable Mention: Kia products. They aren’t officially on the list because they have a great factory warranty, but buy with the confidence of knowing an engine replacement is one missed oil change away.
